Our Story
Pinewood MAS is a family operated breeding program located in Ontario, Canada. Since 2012, The Sundermeier Family, Carla, Dieter and their daughter Leah, have been dedicated to breeding and raising, quality Miniature American Shepherds. We are proud to have over years bred dozens of CKC champions and performance title earners, as well as several AKC champions and FCI champions.
What Makes Our Dogs Special
Our dogs are special because we strive for both functional herding ability and aesthetic appeal. We believe in breeding dogs with pleasing faces and excellent conformation. After all, it costs just as much to feed an "ugly" dog... so you may as well feed a good one. We breed the good ones!

Pinewood MAS is on a mission to produce the best Miniature American Shepherds possible. We are dedicated to bettering the breed and producing dogs with excellent temperaments, conformation, and working ability, suitable for both show and companionship.
